The experiment aims to test the the function of super-hydrophile and self-cleanng of Photo-catalyst
1. Cleaning-up the glass ,covering the left-side with paper, and spraying the photo-catalyst on the right-side,several days later, sprinkling when the glass has a little dust.
2.The water flows much slower on the left-side without photo-catalyst than that on the right-side with photocatalyst; besides, it flows like several strings on the left-side,while ismoothness on the right-side.。
3. After slacking ,there is much sag on the left-side without photo-catalyst,while it’s clean and clear on the right-side.
Conclusion: The photo-catalyst, whose mano diameter belows 10, has the function of super-hydrophile, as the result, it also has the function of self-cleaning.
Attention:1. The method of spray coating cannot be used for industrialized manufacturing the self-cleaning glass.
2. After spray coating, you can see the membrane which is engendered by the light nanometered titanium dioxide under the illumination, then just wipe it away.
